Venkat Guntipally and His Ways of Attaining Expertise

Most recently worked in  AT & T Labs, Inc., as Scrum Master, Venkat Guntipally is proficient in finding and executing technical solutions for different business initiatives. Over the years, he successfully carried out software development  projects in the human resources, financial, and healthcare industries  with several methods, one of which is the Agile process.  

Talking of his education, he has completed his B. Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nagarjuna University, India, in the year 1990. After this, he did his M. Tech in Digital Systems & Computer Electronics in the year 1995 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India.

He started his professional journey with Tera Software Pvt. Ltd as a Software Engineer. After working there for nearly one and a half years, he went on to apply his insights at SoftPro Systems Ltd. He has also worked with Starlet Systems Inc. as a Software Engineer.   

In April 1999, he began working with GE Healthcare as the Technical Lead. He served the company for four years before joining Solutient LLC. Venkat Guntipally has also built his experience with Quantros, Inc. In this company, he started his professional journey as the Technical Lead and reached the position of Technical Project Manager with his diligent efforts.

Before AT & T Labs, he worked with Consensus Corporation and Gap Inc. as the Scrum Master. The key strengths on which he attained the expertise in his profession are project planning and management, technology initiatives, team building, leadership, and the list goes on.

He is an adept professional specialized in designing, making, and maintaining initiatives with their inception to the phase of successful completion. He has attained expertise in web-based enterprise solutions and Software-as-a-Service with SOA technologies, NET, and Java/J2EE.

His adroitness in Product Development, Web Architectures, Team Building, Management, Saas, Systems Integration, Research, and Troubleshooting, has helped him to  set standards in his field. While building his career, his focus revolved around delivering excellence at his every job.

Apart from it, from his first job as the Software Engineer to his current position, he always strived to be a better version of himself every time. It is how Venkat Guntipally has become an eminent personality in his field.
